First Service Alarm will establish an inspection and maintenance program by identifying the equipment and detailing the type and frequency of testing and maintenance. The testing methods and frequencies are performed in accordance with the applicable NFPA standards. Before developing the final testing schedule, First Service Alarm will meet with the customer representatives to review the proposed testing and maintenance schedule. First Service Alarm will incorporate any and all testing frequencies currently followed as described by the client. Testing is scheduled in advance and at the convenience of the building’s tenants. A report detailing test and inspect services performed is prepared for each inspection and submitted to the proper authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ's) as well as the customer representative. All test and inspect reports are housed in a Fire Service Alarm database. First Service Alarm will have a dedicated service account manager assigned to each location.
